    Clients are responsible for shipping their hat to me with tracking and insurance. Turnaround time is typically 3–6 weeks once the hat is received and payment is complete.

    • A non-refundable full payment is required before work begins

    • I am not responsible for pre-existing wear, damage, or fit issues

  • Each hat is a wearable piece of art, treated with a protective layer to preserve the design. Keep the painted side dry—if it gets damp, gently blot with a clean cloth and let it air dry naturally. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to maintain vibrant colors.

    Dust can be removed with a soft hat brush; never machine wash or submerge in water. Handle by the brim to maintain the hat’s shape, and if reshaping is needed, use light steam carefully on unpainted areas only. Treat your hat as you would a work of art—because it truly is.

  • Turnaround time varies depending on current workload, design complexity, and material availability. Most custom hats take 2–4 weeks to complete after design approval. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees. You will be notified if additional time is required.
