Thank you for supporting KRISTINA FAILLA CROWDER. Each order is carefully created, prepared, or fulfilled with attention to detail. Please review the following shipping information prior to placing your order.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of item purchased.

Original Artwork, Handmade Hats & Accessories

Handmade and one of a kind items may require additional preparation time prior to shipment. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume, customization, repairs, or finishing work.

Made to Order Apparel

All apparel and merchandise are made to order and fulfilled through a third party production partner. Production begins after your order is placed. Please allow additional time for manufacturing before shipment. Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are approximations and may vary due to:

  • Production timelines

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • High order volume.

KRISTINA FAILLA CROWDER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped using available carrier services based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped when available.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products and destinations. Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any additional charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are non refundable. International delivery timelines may vary significantly depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. KRISTINA FAILLA CROWDER is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Undeliverable packages

  • Returned shipments due to address errors

  • Failed delivery attempts.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if a package is returned.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier and customer.KRISTINA FAILLA CROWDER is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Carrier related issues

  • Marked delivered packages that cannot be located.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery related issues.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact: sales@kristinafaillacrowder.com

Claims must be submitted within: 48 hours of delivery for artwork, hats, and accessories, 30 days of delivery for apparel and merchandise.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label.

Failure to provide documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple item types may arrive in separate shipments depending on production timelines, inventory location, or fulfillment method.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain regions, addresses, or countries at our discretion.
