Shipping Policy
Welcome to Kristina Failla Crowder. I take great pride in the craftsmanship of my original paintings and heirloom cowboy hats. Each piece is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.
1. Processing & Production Times
Original Art & Fine Art Prints: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Ready-to-Wear Hats: Pre-designed hats currently in stock will ship within 5–7 business days.
Custom/Commissioned Designs: For custom-burned or hand-painted hats and commissions, production times vary. Please refer to your specific consultation agreement or product description for current lead times (typically 4–8 weeks).
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
I ship via UPS to ensure reliable tracking and delivery.
Domestic (USA): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Hats: Due to their size and the specialized packaging required to protect the brim and crown, hats are shipped in reinforced boxes and may carry a higher shipping rate than flat art.
International Shipping: I currently offer international shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into the destination country.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Insurance & Signature Requirements
High-Value Items: To protect your investment, all original paintings and custom hats valued over $250 will be shipped with full insurance and may require a signature upon delivery.
I highly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone will be available to receive the package.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at sales@kristinafaillacrowder.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and the item itself so I can initiate an insurance claim.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Kristina Failla Crowder is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the item.
7. Returns & Exchanges
As many of our items are custom-made or limited-edition fine art, our return policy is as follows:
Custom Hats/Commissions: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
