At KRISTINA FAILLA CROWDER, each piece is created or produced with intention, whether it is original artwork, a handmade hat, or made to order apparel. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the handmade, artistic, custom, and made to order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Original artwork

  • Watercolor paintings

  • Oil paintings

  • Hand painted hats

  • Hand burned hats

  • Embellished hats

  • Custom hats

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Personalized items

  • Limited releases

  • Hat Band Accessories

  • Made to order apparel

  • Wearable art pieces

Please review all product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Handmade & Artistic Variations

Each piece is individually handmade or produced in limited quantities. Variations in brushwork, paint application, distressing, embellishment placement, leather grain, beadwork, fabric wash, print placement, and finish are natural characteristics of the artistic and handmade process.

These variations are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on individual screen settings and lighting conditions.

Apparel Production

All apparel and merchandise are made to order specifically for each customer and fulfilled through a third party production partner.

Because of this process, slight variations in garment color, print placement, sizing, distressing, and ink texture may occur between production runs and are not considered defects.

Please review all size charts carefully prior to purchase. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and product options before checkout.

Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Order Accuracy & Cancellations

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information is correct before placing an order, including:

  • Shipping address

  • Product selection

  • Sizing

  • Color choice

  • Customization details

Orders cannot be changed, edited, or canceled once production or processing has begun.

Shipping Policy

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the item purchased.

Handmade and custom items may require additional production time. Estimated delivery dates are approximations only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier and customer.

KRISTINA FAILLA CROWDER is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • Carrier related delays

  • Weather related delays

  • Customs delays

Shipping costs are non refundable.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, VAT charges, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are non refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact sales@kristinafaillacrowder.com within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for artwork, hats, and accessories

  • 30 days of delivery for apparel and merchandise

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims may result in a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Hat Care & Repairs

Hand painted and embellished hats are wearable art pieces and should be handled with care.

To preserve the longevity of your piece:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and humidity

  • Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight

  • Avoid oils, cosmetics, and rough handling

  • Store hats in a cool, dry location

Normal wear, aging, fading, and damage caused by improper care or misuse are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Repair services may be available at our discretion. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs. Repair fees may apply depending on the extent of work required.
