1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

This website is owned and operated by Kristina Failla Crowder. All content included on this site—such as artwork, hat designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and images—is my intellectual property and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Purchase of a physical piece of art or a handcrafted hat does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

2. Custom Work and Commissions

For custom-burned or hand-painted hats and fine art commissions, a specific production timeline and price will be established. I reserve the right to decline any commission request that does not align with my artistic style or brand values. Once a custom design has been finalized and work has commenced, deposits or payments are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the craftsmanship.

3. Product Accuracy and Variations

I make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products that appear in my shop. However, because each hat is handcrafted and many are hand-burned or painted, slight variations are a hallmark of the heirloom quality and are not considered defects. Furthermore, I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

4. Pricing and Modifications

Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

I reserve the right to refuse any order you place. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Certain content, products, and services available via my Service may include materials from third-parties (such as payment processors or social media platforms). I am not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and I do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
